Currently, we collect only the following:

• Email address — when you create an account or sign up for the Service.
• Uploaded video footage — game footage you submit for AI highlight processing.

In future versions of the Service, we may also collect your name, phone number, and payment information. This Privacy Policy will be updated before any such collection begins.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• IP address and general location data
• Browser type and version
• Device type and operating system
• Pages visited and actions taken on the Service
• Date and time of access

This information is collected to maintain the security and performance of the Service and is processed through Cloudflare, our cloud infrastructure and security provider.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process your uploaded video footage and generate your highlight reel
• Deliver your highlight reel via a direct download link
• Upload your finished highlight reel to the EliteTime YouTube channel
• Send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmation, highlight ready notifications)
• Improve and test the EliteTime AI models using your uploaded footage
• Maintain the security, performance, and integrity of the Service
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, behavioral tracking, or marketing purposes at this time. If that changes, we will update this policy and notify you.

3. Video Data and Deletion Policy

We maintain a strict data lifecycle for all uploaded video content:

• Original uploaded video: Permanently deleted from our servers immediately upon completion of your highlight reel. We do not retain your original footage.
• Finished highlight reel: Stored on our servers for seven (7) days from delivery, then permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading your highlight reel within this window.
• YouTube copy: A copy of your highlight reel is uploaded to the EliteTime YouTube channel as part of the Service. To request removal, contact us at henry@hhlsolutions.com or ee@e1solutionsgroup.com.

4. Children and Minors in Videos

EliteTime does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13. Our Service is intended for use by adults (18+) only.

We recognize that uploaded game footage may contain images of minors. By uploading such footage, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of any minor appearing in the footage, or that you have obtained written consent from their parent or guardian.

If you believe a minor's information has been submitted without proper consent, please contact us immediately at henry@hhlsolutions.com or ee@e1solutionsgroup.com and we will promptly delete the relevant data.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or uploaded video content with third parties for their own purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Cloudflare: Our cloud infrastructure and security provider processes data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.
• YouTube (Google LLC): Finished highlight reels are uploaded to the EliteTime YouTube channel as part of the Service delivery.
• Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
• Business transfer: If HHL Solutions or e1 Solutions Group is acquired or merges with another entity, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before this occurs.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and secure cloud infrastructure through Cloudflare.

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Your Rights Under California Law (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

• Right to Know: You may request information about the personal data we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal data, subject to certain exceptions.

• Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell your personal data. No opt-out is necessary.
